Assuming same tread pattern and depth, which is a better tire a 15.5 38 or a 18.4 34? Uncut on a hard clay track

the 18.4x34 has more square inches in flat plate than the 15.5x38 almost a hundred more , you make the call.

what weight and hp? There are a lot of sizes in between those two,should not even compare those two.It takes power and weight to make an 18.4 anything work.
