Skid plate / wheelie bars

I just finished restoring a 1935 john deere model D (unstyled). I would like to pull it just for grins, but I need to get some skid plates on it. I want to keep the tractor as stock as possible, bolt on? I'm thinking I can just bolt something on along with the drawbar. Any ideas, guidance, or pictures?

Yes, bolt on. Everything you do to the tractor should be bolt on, never weld on. Rule of thumb is, you want to be able to have it farm ready over the weekend if needed. Not that you ever will, but I keep that in mind on my pullers as I dont want to take anything away from the tractor itself.

I built combination wheelie bars/weight rack for one tractor. The assembly comes off with just two bolts if I want to remove it for a scale that is reading heavy.
