ih 301 offset grind

wondering if you can offset grind a 301 crank with farmall c rods and what kind of stroke you can make. Also will it hold up at 2600rpm
 
Use IH C153 rods. The 2" journal is much stronger than the 1.75" in the C. With the small journal it"s a matter of time the crank will break. Both of these rods are the same length.
