zenith carb jet

I have a 2 1/8 zenith on it now with a #38 venturi and a 40 main jet. Whats out there that would help this carb keep the engine rpms up going down the track? A different venturi or bigger main jet? any ideas?

You're losing RPMs because you don't have the horsepower to run the speed you're trying to pull. If your carb has the right air to fuel ratio, that is the best it can be. Getting power at high RPMs is more about having the right manifold, cam, and timing.
