farmall governor spring question

Is this the spring I should be getting for my M and 400? I"ve read a lot on these forums about the 167 spring but have not had much success finding it...I think I have though in this link. I tried to reach out to ChadS, however, the number I saw in posts farther back doesn"t work. If anybody has contact info for him I'd be willing to spend the extra money and go with him knowing it works well. I know Denny offers one too but have not had best experience with him in past and would prefer going elsewhere. Please let me know if this is the right one to get. Thanks.

your looking for century spring, part number c173, or c175.

Is it the same spring for a stock 300 or 350 or are the numbers just a coincidence?

coincidence. if u buy both part numbers, youll notice, one is shorter than the other. short spring, in the H-350s, and long spring in M-450. can use the short spring in the M-450 for a bit more.
