In the last 24 hours The HOOK, Pro Pulling, The Puller and Heritage Iron have all received word that our third party vendor that distributes our magazines to Tractor Supply Stores has gone belly up. While I have not spoken with the folks at Full Pull, I am sure they are affected also.
What does this mean? In the short term there is most assuredly a delay in new product into TSC and potentially a long term absence. PPM, The PULL! yearbook, and Oliver Heritage were/are all in transit today to a warehouse that isn't open any more.
I have spoken directly with the Sarah Aldrich (NTPA) and Sherry Schaeffer (Heritage Iron) about this issue and they gave me permission to provide this info, and to offer additional comment-
If you routinely purchase product at TSC, we ENCOURAGE you to purchase our products by subscription to assure you get the product you're looking for! It is less expensive to purchase by subscription; The HOOK and PPM are at a minimum $7.50 less over a year by subscription; you're buy 5 and getting the sixth free.

A quick side note - While I am VERY interested in selling as many HOOKs and PPMs (both VERY good publications) I want to help maintain and grow the sport. I used to work for the NTPA and have a good relationship with them still; there is a very real sense of competition to produce high quality publications on all fronts--short story--we make each other better! I am all for the marketplace to sort out who's the best--thats up to you all, not us! Support Print Media!
