Looking for a water pump

I am looking for suggestions on a good brand of water pump and a mini one wire alternator.

I have put 4 little cheap 12V pumps from Harbor Freight. 5 gal per minute. One thing you can't do with 5 gal per minute is put the water in the front of the block and take it out the front of the head. Takes 20 gal. Bad design anyway. Put your water in the back of the head and take it out the front. and it will stay cool enough to pull. Don't know the model number of the Alt. But is a small one from a Toyota. Charges as hard as it can all the time. I don't use a regulator. Run the big wire to the starter. and another 12V wire to a switch on the dash. Have a Volt meter from a gleaner combine. shut it off when it pegs the gauge. Charges just right with the fan,water pump and fuel pump on. Workes for me Vic

I use a mini alternator from Speedway, 1-wire, was $89. Works great on a JD .
