15.5 tires on 16 rim

I was thinking about putting my 15.5s on 16" rim but i dont want to spread the tires out to far they dont have a point to bite in with any suggestions or advice is aprreciated.

What is your rim offset in the photo? I'm looking for a rims that have that offset.

it's welded about 2 inches inside the rim
