I am sure I speak for Brad as well as myself for saying a big thanks for spending part of your Easter weekend Pulling tractors at The Mid Atlantic Antique Super Pull!

The Top Cut Class was a Huge Secuess and the Largest Class if Tractors With Pullers from at least 6 States in the Top Cut Classes

I Had a Great day with Old Friends and meeting new friends as well as putting faces with names!
I had a good day pulling with Great Compition in each and every Class with as many as 20 some Great pullers in the Class!

I Hope Sometime Soon we Can get A NATPA PULL in this part of the East to Showcase all the Great Pullers from this Region!

Happy Easter everyone!

Cliff's right, Brad & his crew do an awesome job w/this much needed pull in the north east region. The attendance numbers support this fact w/20+ hooks in all most every class, a few over 30!! The only complaint of the hole day was the "drop pan" style of the sled used for the cut tire class's stopping every one all in the same spot & turning the pull into a "burn out competion", especially in the 3.5 top cut class's. The fuems were not problem & probly better then most indoor pulls. Over all still a GREAT PULL !!

It was indeed a good day in Pa. Beautiful weather, a chance to meet people who you chat with on forum, excellent competetion, may states represented with some really tough tractors.

Early B, While not questioning the sled operator, I as you feel the drop pan is overkill at some of the weight classes it was used at. It is true that the top pullers are bunched within a couple feet and the most powerful usually win out. This is in no way a criticism of the staff at the pull, In fact I was privileged to be able to serve in several capacities throughout the day in keeping the pull going, smoothly I hope.

I would like also to thank Brad, we cannot begin to comprehend the awesome amount of work involved. I personally know how long it has been in planning and what is a 1 day event to us is probably most of a year putting together.

I would like to thank all those who stepped up and helped out at the pull! Also to all the pullers who came out! The two Kentucky boys taught us few things in the open class with those 560's! We had a really great day! Cory Forrester supplied all the working tractors and the roller! That was a blessing. It was nice to see so many different areas represented. Most pulls will have "hitches" in them, wish we could have figured out those distance board moniters!

I will try to post full results this next week.

Again, many thanks to ALL!

Yep, those big open class 560s really showed them how to do it in the 6 mph class too! Toughest in the class they were! Glad I wasted the $115 plus fuel to pull against them.

HI CLIFF, HAPPY YOU,BRAD AND ALL WHO HELPED AT THE MID ATLANTIC PULL HAD A GREAT DAY AND A GREAT PULL. NOW TO YOU CLIFF, I DON"T UNDERSTAND YOUR STATEMENT ABOUT HAVING A NATPA PULL IN THE EAST WHEN YOU VOTED NO TO HAVING AN EAST / WEST DIVISION AT THE LAST NATIONAL NATPA MEETING. YOU SHOULD SUPPORT THE REGION YOU REPRESENT THE EAST.

Momas money

Any Split or Not still required a place to pull in this part of the East!

I Voted No on a 1 year try at a Split Because there's more places to pull any further East and No One to Step Up and Help if it would have been Voted in and took effect immediately and would be in place by June Summer Pull!

Give me A Call And I will discuss more with you!

I DON'T THINK YOU HAVE ALL THE FACTS. IF WE DON'T DIVIDE EAST AND WEST TO SOME DEGREE, NOT SAYING IT WILL BE EASY, THE RESULT MAY NOT BE WHAT YOU THINK. I DON'T THINK I AM ALONE WHEN I SAY THAT THE COST TO EACH PULLER FROM THE EAST IS CONSIDERABLE MORE THAN THOSE FROM WEST OF THE MISSISSIPPI, THUS AFFECTING ATTENDANCE.

No place does it say you have to go to all of them. It is true that many are Midwest. If you want to buck up and start a National pull in your area to add to the schedule, I'm sure it could happen.

Otherwise, show up, state your case and have something to offer.

On another note, cliff isn't the only person on the board that voted against .

CHECK THE HOOK COUNT EAST AND WEST, MEMBER TO NON MEMBER. I WOULD EXPECT THE WEST REP"S TO VOTE THEIR WAY, NOW ASK THEM WHERE NEXT YEARS CHAMP PULL IS AND WHY.
