hardening tires

Anyone know of a good method to harden up a soft set of tires? Heard of heating but no details on the procedure.

Figure out a way to get them heated. Some use grain dryers some have used old smokehouses. If you don't need them right away leaving them on a hot tin roof all summer will work. I have heard of using a Hotsie sprayer and getting it real hot and just washing the oil out of them and the ones I saw it used on were hard but they said it was a lot of work and time consuming.
