steering assembly on my m....

Here is what the finished steering assembly lloks like on my M....let me know what you think.....

Kelly, you may want to consider locking collars on the steering shaft. On a stock m, when pulling the throttle against a stiff gov spring, the steering shaft support will flex backwards. If you have collars on the steering shaft, the support pulls against the steering shaft. This shouldn't allow the steering support to flex back (much).

yes I put the 2 lock collars back on before welding it completely up.....thank you for the concern....;)

What u use for motor mounts? U do good work I built my own m brackets n mounts too when we ran a m , I built motor mounts n saved several lbs just neat to see your ideas lee b

I have not got that far yet.....I will be probly doing a light weight wide front end that pivots in future along with some other ideas in that part of the tractor as well..... ;)
