I was told by Natpa that in jackpots we are allowed 30% over because div 5 can run them. Is this true

Josh, it's my understanding that you need a div. 5 sticker to get div. 5 rpm's in jackpot classes.

What you can pass tech for and get a sticker for is what you can run. Say if you are a div. 3 tractor normally you can get a div. 4 sticker with passing and then you can go to 20% in jackpots.
I was told 20% is max for tractors jumping up, the only ones running 30% would be normal div.5 tractors which not many run jackpots anyways.

Gary's right Josh you have to be a Div. 5 tractor to run the RPMs.
