14.9 x 38 field and roads.

I bought a 14.9 field & road for almost nothing and was hoping to match it but then I got thinking because it has 22 lugs per side. I have a set of 13.6s and 15.5s with the same tread pattern that each have 22 lugs per side. I have a really old set of 15.5s with the earlier tread pattern and they have 22 lugs per side. What has me thinking is I was at an auction last year and they had a tractor with 14.9 x 38 field and roads and I thought I had counted 23 lugs per side. Did I mis-count or are some 14.9 x 38 field & roads made with an onrmore lug than others?

I am looking for a 14.9x38 to macth the one I had a bead break last year on my last pull if you want to sell it let me know my number is 6082140422

F/R 151'S have one extra lug per tire. Don't know why.
