Had a great time, talked to a quite a few old tractor pulling friends. Wished I could have known more! If you-all managed to place today you were on top of your game. The tractors were among the best in the USA. 45 at least 6 mph 4500 lb tractors. 50 some 4500 lb farm stock. 3 mph tractors. The only breakage I think was John's MF 50. I thought the crank broke. It went BANG and died. But it was the spider gears, we think. My little JD, Racketty Boom. just lost a water pump. See you-all at Tunica.:) Vic

Vic did you take any video of Racketty boom? Maybe at Tunica? Please do, would love to see how the 435 does with the recent mods.

It didn't do any better, need 50% more power. There were a few tractors that had me out-classed. a 335 Moline, 800 Ford, 50 MF and a couple of WC's. OK everybody! :) Vic

the ugly 335 doesn't have you beat on power, I have some mf 50 engine parts if your friend needs any. His 50 was a lot tougher than last year.

He needs some! It was the ring and pinion. He has found a MF 35 rear end. They think they can just roll the whole thing in. The book says a 35, 40 and 50 are the same. That little motor sure is something. They have a 8 port head with rectangular ports. I wasn't down where I could see the Little moline pull I just seen it go out the door and spin out in the gravel! :) Vic
