Maximum Bore Size

I am looking for some guidance on maximum bore size. My question has to do with the bottom end of the sleeve, where the O-rings seal in the block (as the factory built it).

How thin can the web be bored to between the sleeves (the .220 dimension in the attached view)?

How thin can the sleeves be made where they pilot in the lower part of the block (the .125 dimension in the attached view)?

What is the best way to seal?

Thanks for any and all help with these questions.

I don't think there is a maximum bore size. You can always offset the sleeves. I like to use diesel sleeves and set them right together at the top. Then fill the block almost to the top with cement. Vic
