Case LA starter?

have a friend with a big cube LA, says he needs a better starter? is there an after market combination for this tractor that would have more power? or should he just park it on a steep hill all the time?

The bullet style starter on a Case makes it really difficult. We have been fighting starters on a D series block. I made an adapter to run a gear reduction starter with some reliability issues and have went back to my M&W gear reduction unit of which we have broke the snout and the pinion gear, (anybody have one laying around)? On a D you can't cut into the block very much because the oil pump gear is back in that corner, don't remember if an LA is the same. Some options are 24V which will be detrimental to starter reliability or a flex plate with a gear reduction unit in the first reduction shaft. My buddy shipman was putting aircraft starters on the crankshaft with compression reliefs.
