Finally 3 years after I tore it apart I fired the m up for the first time yesterday. Ran good except a little bit of water came up 2 head studs and pooled on top of the nuts. I did not put any sealer on the threads when I installed the new studs and am guessing this would be the place to start. Any other thoughts?

I had that happen with my MM. I drained the cooling system, took the studs out, taped them good with thread tape, no problems since.

i use permatex high temperature thread sealant on head studs! havent had a problem with it!

No I'm from Princeton Rochester is quite a haul lol. I'm hoping to make it to the isanti county fair pull in Cambridge.
