I've got a wd45 10 percent over cam grind and some head work. Got the d17 gov spring in it. Got it to stop lungging up and down but when increase the throttle I don't gain rpm untill about half way down. Is there a way to make the throttle more gradual from idle? Thanks in advance

the spring i run in my 45 is the 175 spring it will make it turn 1800 rpms. i am thinking the d17 and 45 springs were the same rpms 1600.
