560 pulling?

I got a farmall 560 with a 301 motor. i got CAP bros lightweight removable hubs, 18.4-34 agrimaster tires. road worn alot. 9 bolt pressed steel. engine is stock. regualar hoop drawbar. clay tracks around here. will my rear end get too light and will i just spin out???? Thanks

It should do just fine in the 5500# class BUt you may need to go to a smaller tire to fit in the class unless the club you pull in allows the 18" tires in slow speed classes. I would suggest an adjustable hitch of pulling location.

me and my buddy are gonna make a adjustable hitch , and once i get tires on ill clock my speeds, i think the slowest speed limit we have around here is 3mph. do you think 1st gear t/a pulled would still be to fast. im gonna leave it at stock rpm.

My 560 likes to go in the air so ballast the front end.I use 16.9 x 38 1st gear 2800 rpm the 301 can turn high rpm.

We pull 560's in the 8,000 to 12,000# classes in my neck of the woods. The more weight you pile on, the better they pull.

560 will pull in 5,500 lbs class my brother placed 7th with a stock motor the big pull in pa....couple months ago... have to strip them pretty good he made 5500 with 18.4 38 and stock front end....pulled hydroilics made light weight seat and did some other simple stuff and made it fine and pulls good.
