What was the danger here? Are you kidding me?! You can sit there and say that nothing in a million years could've possibly went wrong in this scenario? Whatever you say man.

I'm no safety freak and despise this "sue happy" world, but that one seems rather obvious. You're kinda stacking the deck of fate with that make shift patch job. Not that I havent skirted by, but I do it at home and have been lucky so far. Glad no one was hurt.

Well, since he's given us no feedback indicating the temporary repairs were just baling wire, duct tape and a prayer or something halfway well executed, I see no reason to assume it was the former rather than the latter.

Well you gave me he!! but you didn't answer my question. In a million years I won't be here and neither will that tractor or you. A little far reaching comments it seems.

Didn't give any hel! but if that's how you want to look at it go right ahead. Way to use your imagination on the million year thing. How bout you use it to picture the bad that could've came of this incident.

I have never seen an accident where a tractor came down at the end of a pull and broke the front end and someone got hurt other than their feelings, maybe if I go to a million pulls I will.

My 2 cents for what its worth, nice looking tractor but if the tractor is not in check, meaning not held together with straps, and rope it should have never hooked to a sled!
When a organization starts giving the go ahead to allow a broken tractor run down the track, a person could think that favoritism plays into the game.
If you know your tractor is border line, why take a chance on your safety and the children around you. Ask yourself is it really worth pounding someone for saying this is wrong!
