What does it take to put a 670 engine in a U

I have a good running 670 LP engine that I want to put in a U Minneapolis Moline. What does it take reguarding the clutch, Flywheel and starter to make this work. It is a non Super engine with the large flange starter like the M5/602/early 670 uses if that makes a difference. Thanks in advance for your replies!

I guess no-one knows. I don"t know exactly but I have a good friend who has one in a UB Special. Should be the same. You call me and I will give him your number. I have put a GB motor in a U, just a little flywheel clearancing. Then you have 100 plus hp. 6188382225 Vic

For a UB, you use the 670 clutch, flywheel, starter, a good grinder, a torch, and a fair amount of beer. I would *assume* the process would be similar for a U.

I forgot to mention that's for a Super 670 diesel engine, and you'll need the pto drive hub as well. I also forgot to mention its the same basic process to put a 5 star diesel engine in a UB....except you use the UBD flywheel...and a little extra beer didn't hurt either....LOL!!
