6pack,

do you currently use one of these radiators? what do you have it in, I'm considering something like this for my 460, but I want to make sure I have enough cooling.

thanks, Rusty

Oliver 88 w/320... Have the electric fan to run too, but not always on... 1 thing you have to do is, make it so any air that comes through grill HAS to pass through radiator.... I used card board and duct tape when I put it in to make a shroud around it, but now I ripped it all out to use aluminum sheet metal.... Oh! I am using a stock water pump, but I am gonna try an electric shur-flo? Rv pump of some sort... I will be putting it back together in a couple weeks and try to take a pic

There is an additive I use called 40 below that helps reduce water temp, i only noticed about 15 degrees cooler...I use that and just water... No thermostat just a 7/8 hole in a plate....

Look on ebay as there are some bigger hot rod radiators to use too, but cost a lot more

I'll be about the same motor wise, and planned on an electric fan and stock waterpump also.

I run.. I think its called engine ice in my 4 wheelers...maybe something similar.

Thanks for the help!!

I put a civic one in mine off e-bay, with the e-fan no thermo. This seems to work good, I haven't pulled it yet. You will have make some custom hoses cause the civic rad. is 1.25 dia. in and out lol..... $64.00 free frieght.

I have found that the fan fromm a Ford Taurus HO has one of the highest cfm outputs tha helped my 6 cyl gas deere

You can take the radiator to any good radiator shop and they can change the inlets and outlets to what ever size and position you want, I did and the price was not very high. The one I used had the neck on the side and I had it moved to the center and also moved the return.
