just start with some 350 Chevy pistons you can get for free and spend $500 modifying them and the rods to get what you want. Bolt some plates on the top of the piston and you'll be good.

If you can replace your 5:1 pistons for 11:1 pistons for $600-$700 plus liners and gaskets, that seems to be cheap horsepower to me.

Remember, sometimes you get what you pay for.

Also, if horsepower was cheap, everybody would have it.

Those 44 pistons on your website look good Ray. What compression can you build them too?

I can make them whatever compression people want, I usually shoot for 10-11:1.

Working on a 4.5" stock stroke MH44 right now. Got the motor late last week. I see what people mean when they say the head Sux on these...

Hey, I had that idea too! I live in the same neck of the woods as mEl, and he and Goldsburg both mentioned you as a possibility for 4.5" slugs. That DC4 of Jerry"s is stout!
