hey 1up, i see that the factory pedistals dont drop down square, but are angled back slightly. Do your pedistals match that angle, or does it make any difference droping them down square?

|
Our pedestals drop straight down, it makes no difference in the steering or strength of the tractor...if anything it would be stronger as with the factory pedestals already angled back it takes less force to bend or break them on back...

Then you need driving lessons,Almost all the time that is preventable in antique pulling,a open antique tractor should have a wide front.

These pedestals have landed hard several times with 1,000 out front and have NEVER had any issues!! The design and build of these are very durable.

Can you post a picture of one on a tractor so you can see what it looks like on the tractor with tires? Wondering about clearance and all. Thanks

This tractor pictured has one of our pedestals under it and was also the one that tested these with 1,000 lb hanging out front. The clearance that we had on this tractor was roughly 1" to 1.25"

I am not sure of the actual weight of the factory pedestals without the tires on them but I know our lightweight pedestals complete with tires, wheels, hubs, etc (the complete lower), weighs 150 less of that of the same in factory!!Ours weigh 32lb. complete as pictured
