found an oliver 60

I'm gonna go look at a 60 on sunday, it looks like its in real good shape has all the side shields, loaded rears and wheel weights front and rear. if i get it the front weights are gonna come off and the rears are gonna be emptied. while looking at the photos of it i noticed it has 11.2 x 36 rear tires and since it is suppose to have 32's are these gonna hurt the performance of the tractor for pulling?

the tires are the least of the problem, it's getting power, around here a guy put a bored/stroked super 66 motor....he is running 13.6x38s

What is the casting number for the front wheel weights? I have a friend that is interested if they are the right casting.
