Andy,
Just about anything is possible, however not all things are feasible. I could build a set that way, but they would be time consuming; that is assuming they would be a one off set. Unless there are others wanting sets as well, then I would tool up for them; which spreads the cost. If not, one off sets are kinda expensive.

What bolt pattern of hub were you planning to base this off of?
