Hi there,Planning on building my 260 for pulling. Looking for sources for engine buliders. I am planning on regrinding the cam and getting head work. Anyone know reliable business? Spoke with Goldsburg Performance, seems to really know his stuff. However he seems hard to get a hold of. Emailed and called, and have not gotten a response in two weeks. Thanks |

Well said Massey44, any reputable machine shop can do the work, just have to do your homework and give them your specs and money |

| If you have a good machine shop near by just get some custom sleeves cut, murphys rods work well for clearence, and some custom pistons work well also why make something work that was put together years ago when your going together any engine builder can build what you want, doesn't have to be a tractor builder a degree wheel and a flow bench does wonders, along with the machine shop around where I'm from money gets your motor built. Mine is 6.5 X 4.5 still running water in the block you can go bigger pretty easy. |
