Anyone running the zenith 4 barrel updraft carbs?...I have one I wanna put on a Moline 800....just looking for input...what rims ca ya get out of them?..enough fuel?...is a an r9 Stromberg better?....thanks

In my opinion, the four barrel does a much better job of atomizing the fuel, but the NAR-9b flows a lot more air.

As for the 800 build below, you would need to disclose what RPM range before a carb could be chosen.

Good Luck!

We have an updraft 4 barrel zenith on our 800ci Moline. We like it very well. We tried a Stromberg 9 and couldnt get it dialed in as well as the zenith. The zenith runs smooth and we turn 4,000 at 18MPH track speed on gas.

I assume it has to be updraft, if it's legal for you an upside down Holley with modified metering block and float bowls will be better than anything else.

The Predators work also.

I'd bet that big Zenith is worth more than the cost of a Holley and the work to make it updraft if you can use it.
