Find some 15.5 tires turn them around backwards. And be ready to move a lot of weight forward.

Backward tires do help but some places don't allow it. My experince is you need 80% or more weight on the back of the tractor.

Radial tires, a well balanced tractor and good driving wins the pull on blacktop.
