Some may rememeber the post I had about a C-281 that was stuck that I bought cheap. I finally got it to a pull. My M is built from tractors that I parted out with my $200 engine in it. I pulled it in Farm Stock, No cut tires, 34" center of the axle long draw bar. I have never pulled a tractor with a long draw bar. I completely botched it in 5500. I got second in 6000 in a field of about twelve tractors. She ain't much to look at. I have less than a grand in it of which over half of that is in the tires and wheels. I had her balanced almost perfectly the second time down the track. Other than a local clubs pull I have not pulled in 20 years. It was fun to go out and do well. |

A coat of paint might make it look better to somone else but I'm sure to you and your family, SHE looks 'marvelous' as she sits. I dont know if i would change a single thing on er. |
