Carb for 263 in a IH460

I am building an IH carb for my IH 460 with a 263 motor. 1 1/2" throat. I have two different venturis. One is .840 nad the other is 1.08. Which one will do a better job? I pull farmstock. The tractor is also used for mowing and raaking. Thanks for any help. doorman
