Cam Grinding

I'm building a 600 cube JD G (6.375 x 9.5 cyclone head with roller rockers) and wondering what cam specs people are running. I would like it lug right down but not sure as in specs. I had Berrys cam do my Jd A back in 2000 but from what I read they are kinda questionable these days. I'm just wondering what people's thoughts on who out there can grind a solid cam. I was thinking at least 1 inch of lift but is that to much, not enough? I just would like be more informed before I call. Thanks

talk to jdbpuller on here otherwise known as ray at extreme tractor parts he done the one in my a and it was a good job
