Iam building a tractor to run in WNY not asking for any secrets, but not sure what size tires to run 34 or 38 inch? thanks in advance. Dave

Not my class but have seen a ton of them and every one I can think of had 38s on it. Hope this helps.

I think most everyone is running 38"s now. A few guys had some luck in the past with 34"s by being able to jump up a gear.

The diesel olivers here seem to run 34's seem to fir their gearing with 310 motors They are plenty tuff-enough.

Where are you pulling in Western NY? I am new to the area last summer and have yet to find a good place of pulling. Where you pulling? What clubs are in WNY? Any websites? Thanks for any information...

Thanx for all the responces,this is an experiment. I saw on WNYTPA that they are considering a V-8 class. Ipull an M with GenesseValley Antique Tractor Pullers in the 2plus class now it is a great class, lots of very good tractors.Very hard to win often,but great fun. thanks Dave
