Murphys John Deere A Heads

What do you guys think about murphys heads? Or do you think it would be better to go with a hiesler head? This would be going on a 49 JD A with a powerblock with stock stroke. Thanks.

better do some checking before you buy i was going to put one on my a with powerblock and started doing some math figured out the compression ratio would have been way over 12 to 1

If you get the power block pistons from Murphys to work with the head, the compression wont be 12:1. Or if you are using G pistons as power block pistons, Murphys can tell you how much to cut off to make X:1 compression ratio.
