primer for Tisco paint

I'm ordering some Tisco (TP480) paint form nnalert. What primer should I use under the Tisco paint? I think the ordered paint is acrylic enamel.

not sure of your budget, but if you are going over bare metal, ppg omni mp170 is a good etching primer and will also work as a sealer. this is an automotive primer.

and if you need a surfacer/ fill primer use something like ppg omni mp281.

I'm currently using Advantage high build 2K primer #325. It's cheap and works like primers used to. It's easy to sand and fills minor imperfections.

Glennster if some metal is bare like a patch panel and some still has paint will it be okay to spray it all with the mp170?
