Straighten Fordson Fender ,very difficult

Its hard to get this rolled down fender straighten. Wonder if you have any ideas

I made a "flanging tool" from a pair of vise grips to put an offset in the edge of one body panel where it had to lay over an adjacent one and go around a curve sharper than the bend of your fender. I shaped pieces of steel and welded them into the jaws of the vise grips. 3/8" wide. You could perhaps make yours 1/2" wide. Position, squeeze, release, set over, repeat. Keep in mind that if you use a hammer that you will be thinning and this expanding the metal making it necessary to cut a little out and weld back together in order to remove the bulge. Have fun!
