I usually don't put primer on twice, but ,in this case i might, how long should i wait, between primer's ?

In order to answer that question we would need to know what primer you are referring to. Why do you think you need a second coat of primer? Most primers are soft and the less you can use the better.

You should find the specific time window on the label instructions. there are very significant differences. With most if you wait too long the primer cures to the point that there will be no chemical bond so you have to substitute mechanical bond by scuffing it with a scotch brite pad.
