I removed the front left and right panels on my 601 ford tractor. I'm ready to re-install them and I noticed that there are two square holes at the bottom where the bolt goes through to attach them. I forgot what hole I took the bolt out of the top hole or bottom hole. Any help would be great. Thanks Pete

IRC the same panels are used on the 600 and 800 series. The difference is the height. So on your 601 the bolts go in the top holes making the total height shorter. The 801 are taller.

I put the bolt in the upper holes that raised the panels up about 1.5 and doesn't look level across anymore. not sure if I will leave it like that.
I have another question. when I bought the tractor it didn't have a nose emblem that goes between the two front panels. it came off a 800 I was told. the hood doesn't fit properly when I close the hood there is almost 1/2 on each side. the nose is wider than the door and causing that cap. either the door that came with this tractor is wrong or the nose is the wrong one. I'm guessing the nose is wrong. Any help would be great thanks Pete
