Craftsman Paint formula

Does anyone out there know the formula for the Sears/Craftsman dark grey paint that is/was used on their tools, implements, etc?

You can't buy it at their retail outlets and the last clerk I spoke with in San Antonio told me that "all of their implements and tools have been made in China for decades and the Chinese have not given them the formula".
 
You can take a painted part to any real paint store who can scan the paint and make mix all the paint you need.
