Paint price

I checked local and acrylic enamel in red is $260 paint only. I can get it on line for around $100 depending on which site and that includes reducer and hardener. Is this paint really acrylic enamel or are they putting aklyd enamel off on you instead of acrylic?

If they say it's acrylic enamel I would trust it to be that. Having said that though all acrylic enamels are not created equal. Is it a brand you recognize? If not be sure to do some homework on it first. It may be acrylic enamel and fade as bad as alkyd. The color red isn't one to play games with. It's more prone to fade than any other color.
