Hardener Substitute Question

I need to paint some tractor parts today to finish off my farmall 140 restoration. I need to paint some cultivator parts, the front wheel rims, the pedal guard, seat brackets, and w few other parts. I am using Case-IH 2150 acrylic enamel from the dealer and I typically use Limco brand hardener (LHM Medium Hardener) and Limco Reducer.

Here is my issue. I am out of the "LHM medium hardener" but I do have some Limco "LH310 Normal Urethane Hardener". Will that be ok to use it will it cause major problems and be a waste of time?

Pics of my tractor so far for you to see.

Nice looking job.

I buy NAPA crossfire hardener, one type is for enamel, and one for urethane, I use it with different brand of paints.

Ok. I guess I could try their brand. The paint place I use isn't open on Sunday so that's why I was asking. Maybe Napa will be open

Wanted to let you guys know that I went to Napa and bought their brand hardener. It isn't the Crossfire like you suggested but it is a Napa General Acrylic Enamel Hardener. Got the parts painted and thought it came out nicely. Let's see after the paint levels off and dries.

Thank you all for the help!!

(quoted from post at 09:03:42 05/23/17) You mixed that mighty thin.

Do you have a siphon or top feed gun?

I used the HVLP gun from Harbor Freight. Been using this particular gun for about 3 years now.
