Oliver wedge color.

What color were the rear wheel wedges on an Oliver 1955 from the factory? Seems like I've seen some in silver and then others in clover white. Thanks

Don't believe they were painted coming from the factory. Maybe a thin coat of galvanizing....some galvanized better than others. I've got six Olivers some have very little rust , others are covered in rust. Most ppl. when they re-paint a tractor....paint them clover white.
