I just painted all my sheetmetal for a Ford 8N yesterday, about 5PM and one of the hood support doglegs looks like it got some overspray on it. It is not as glossy as the other panels, kind of a grainy texture to it .
I used PPG Omni MTK Acrylic Urethane with hardener. My question is is that something that could be sanded (1000 grit) out or buffed out?
The one page product information sheet I have states it can be polished after 16 hours and if recoated it MUST be scuffed after 3 days.
The 3 page product information sheet says air dry 24 hours scuff and recoat
Or would it buff out.
This is my first paint job so I am a little confused.
