Good, better, Best Paint

I plan on painting my VAC-14 CASE this winter. For a little tractor it's still gonna be a lot of work. Subjective question, but what paint would you use? Tractor will be stored inside. I do not want chalking/fading.

Thanks,
Glenn F.

Urethane with hardener, hardener has to be used. The best enamels (PPG, DuPont, etc) are ok and do not have to have hardener. I use PPG Omni acrylic urethane--recently base/clear if you want the best. The base does not use hardener, the clear on top that brings out the color does use hardener.

I have had parts painted with Van Sickle spray red cans paint turn with a white film just sitting inside the barn.

My father and I have always used quality paint with great results PPG & Case paint I've never clear coated on a tractor only cars & trucks I have zero complaints but if after all that time money and work your tractor looks so so in two years id be not so happy ours don't sit out side but do get used just my 2 cents. The little more $$ for good paint is worth it can email or call if want [email protected] 920-213-7070
