Has anyone used either rustex or corroseal as rust convertors, if so how did they do?

What I've found over the years is there's two ways I can REMOVE rust; sandblasting down to white metal, or soaking in vinegar for a week or longer.
The way I've used to CONVERT rust, is to remove as much as possibly possible, with various methods, and only then use Ospho or some other phosphoric acid converter to convert the remaining rust. And then it doesnt' really work very well for me. The rust comes back.
THis is just my experience.

The rust converter that I use is only for the residual after you wire wheel or sandblast or flap wheel most of it off. It will take a long time to convert heavy rust.
