Urathane paint

Just my opinion after 30 yrs of using it , put it over everything. There is no better adhesive than epoxy to lay down as a foundation for all that goes on next. It's fame comes from it's bare metal adhesion and thus corrosion preventer.

I'm not particularly impressed with urethane. Maybe it was just with Nason but it didn't adhere as well to the primer as most paints as I've used. The worst spot is between the hood and the smoke stack on my tractor. The heat from the smoke stack has blistered the paint. It wasn't that I didn't let it dry long enough either, it was two months after I painted the hood I got the tractor going.

If I had to do it over again I would paint with PPG Omni. I painted a jeep in 1999 and the paint is still in good condition.
