epoxy primer?

I primed my farmall 450 rearend yesterday with martin senour epoxy primer and have a dumb question should it have a glossy finish almost like its gray paint, never used epoxy primer before so not sure.

I used rustoleum epoxy in the rattle can and it is not glossy. Very nice base for hopefully some really good paint in the near future.

I don't remember the brand but the epoxy primer that I put on my 901 three years ago was glossy.

Yes, it looks like a top coat. It will have to be scuffed unless you paint quickly. Check spec sheet. I think it has to be top coated in about 8 hours unless you sand it. It is definitely the best primer though.
