I paint some lesser important items with a brush. I seem to always have brush hair strands that occasionally breakoff and stay in the paint. It"s a mess to get them out before proceeding with more painting.

Any recommendations for brand or style of brush to use to solve the hair problem?

Thanks Ron

been there, done that..USE A SMALL SPRAY GUN..called a touch up gun...for small jobs.....I think with a brush you use more paint....goes on thicker..my 2 cents

Mack Brush Company ,Chicago. They sell sign painting brushes and if cleaned and oiled will not start to lose hairs for years. There are also products to make the paint flow from the brush smoothly . Called flow enhancer.{which eliminates brush strokes.]

I've painted 2 tractors using a brush on the rough cast iron parts. It is absolutely the best way I have found to get ENOUGH paint on those parts. Occasionally a hair will come loose and get in the paint, but I usually see it, and just pull it off.
