Have access to used billboard covers. Any paint suggestions ? Must flex with covers.

i am not sure what a billboard cover is, i assume it is some type of flexible plastic cover. depending on what it is, you may try bulldog adhesion promoter and then shoot an automotive urethane with a flex agent additive in the paint. it would be the same as painting a plastic bumper cover on a car.

Hey Wilson.
Billboard covers are decorated with ink not paint. I have not seen any regular paint that will stay on for long.
Probably some of the stuff Glennster mentioned would work but would be kinds spendy.
