What paint and primer to buy for my equipment trailer

My local O'Reillys has Nason paint. One Nason site showed that they have a "Nason Fast Dry@ Machinery and Equipment Acrylic Enamel". Would this be the correct paint for me to buy? If they do not have that paint available is the Ful-Cryl@II Acrylic Enamel the right choice? I am only intending to do what I think you call the 1K type of paint.

Primers---Epoxy Primer 491-16 or Epoxy Primer Sealer 491-35 ? Or something else?

The trailer has some old faded paint and quite a bit of rust. The floor is expanded steel that is warped and rusty. How can I clean that to make the paint stick to it? The rest of the frame will be brushed, sanded and degreased, before I paint it.
Thank you
Steve

I bought a gooseneck, than had faded [black] paint,I used the FUL CRIY [sp] ,off e-bay and have been well pleased 3 / 4 years now.
Got a friend that uses it on a lot of all over, truck paint jobs

I had read about it. I will think it over and maybe I will give it a try.
Thank you
